Reporting to the Procurement and Sourcing Manager, the incumbent is responsible for managing contracts related to technology and purchasing goods and IT services. As such, the candidate will be responsible for accrediting firms, tendering, negotiating contracts, renewing them, evaluating and retaining vendorsThe incumbent also participates in producing the vendor management sector accountability (performance measurement indicators, product and service catalog, dashboards, etc.)

Main Responsibilities

▪Is considered as an expert in his / her field within the Performance IT group;
▪Participates in the accreditation of vendors and ensures the evolution of the framework agreements;
▪Organizes and assist day-to-day contract management activities and ensures the proper execution of the work;
▪Performs and assist in managing RFP’s
▪Negotiates in partnership with approved vendors;
▪Coordinates negotiation of contractual aspects with vendors and participates in the drafting of contracts;
▪Prepares purchase orders and coordinates authorization;
▪Maintain over sight of assigned agreement
▪Is responsible for monitoring penalty calculations and disputes and participates in their settlement;
▪Maintains up-to-date policies, procedures and processes for the management of contracts and supplies
▪Maintains and evolves work systems and tools to adequately manage all contracts and supplies of IT assets;
▪Is responsible for the execution of activities related to the procurement Participates in the development, implementation and evolution of IT performance measurement (KPI) indicators;
▪Coordinates the updating and development of dashboards, participates in data collection and publication;
▪Participates in the creation and maintenance of product and service catalogs;

Job Related Communications

As part of his duties, the incumbent conducts planned communications with various IT clients and organizes regular communications with key vendors and all business units. Also the candidate will help create an environment that fosters collaboration and cohesion and collaboration with all sectors.

Job Qualifications

▪Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Finance or Computer Science
▪Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience, including (3) contract management in a similar position in the information technology field.
▪Organizational skills, ability to tackle multiple complex task at once
▪Ability to work autonomously and self-reliantly while having strong teamwork skills.
▪Excellent communication skills of English and French languages, both spoken and written
▪Proficiency in Excel, Word, Access, Workday and SharePoint
