Your work life:
▪Guaranteed 40 hours a week
▪Monday to Saturday shifts (9:00am to 6:00pm; 11:00am to 8:00pm; 2:00pm to 11:00pm); Saturday 8:00am to 8:00pm department hours
▪Open space office environment with up-to-date technology
What will you be doing:
▪Manage all outbound and incoming customer calls
▪Interact with existing and prospective customers promoting the products and services available at Fairstone.
▪Provide customers with information on the features and benefits of lending products and answer all questions customers may have
▪Manage the loan application process over the phone with the customer by completing a loan application and reviewing credit worthiness
▪Refer qualified customers to their local branch office to complete the loan process

▪Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
