The Sales Efficiency Team Leader will have a dual responsibility – 50/50 – of performing call center type tasks – inbound/outbound – and to serve as a resource to both team manager and employees.

In more details, activities include:

▪Takes inbound calls from prospective clients,.
▪Performs outbound calls to clients interested in applying for a loan.
▪Performs outbound solicitation calls to prospective clients.
▪Act as subject matter expert for other team members when the team manager is away or unavailable.
▪Provides coaching to other team members as directed by the team manager.
▪Responsible for training of new team members.
▪Makes recommendations for process improvements to the team manager.
▪Assists with system testing and may serve on Project Teams for new business initiatives.
▪Resolves the most sensitive issues, while balancing decisions with needs of the employee, Company and clients.

Job Qualifications

▪High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
▪2 years’ experience as a call center representative
▪Experience in sales, customer service for both inbound and outbound calls.
▪Experience in the financial sector is an asset.
▪Excellent communication, problem solving and influencing skills.
▪Strong knowledge of application software and/or systems.
▪Bilingualism required – French and English
▪Availability to work day, nights and weekend.
▪Enjoys a changing environment and learning new processes.
▪Must have a customer-centric approach and attitude.
▪Strong organization and time management skills
