Reporting to the Lead Product Owner, and a key leader of the Digital Office, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the creation of a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive targeted business goals.
The ideal candidate will own the e-commerce product strategy and commercialization process for this new product offering.
The candidate will work cross-functionally with the sales organization, IT and the broader business to execute big and small initiatives across multiple channels to implement customer-centric solutions and revenue growth for the overall business.

How you’ll make an impact:
▪Create a new e-commerce product offering for Fairstone to drive new customer acquisition.
▪Leads the sales product’s/processes strategy, innovation, prioritization as well as execution, all aspect of the product lifecycle for the branch network and retail sales portfolio
▪Develop and maintain the product and feature roadmap and manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, sales, margins, site performance and operational support. Develop consensus around prioritization.
▪Vet new proposals impacting the backlog and as needed develop the supporting business case
▪Collaborate and communicate with the business to directly influence and shape business objectives and define design requirements
▪Provide on-going assessment of industry trends and customer needs/requirements by leveraging industry research, consumer research, and professional networking.
